The Firm’s interest and involvement in aviation law is a natural outgrowth of the shareholders’ backgrounds in military aviation. Our aviation practice covers the spectrum from airports and general aviation to products liability and airlines. Our aviation litigation experience reflects that breadth – we have successfully represented airport boards, airlines, pilots, commercial operators, aerial applicators, fixed base operators, mechanics and repair stations, and designers, manufacturers and distributors of aviation products. We are proud to act as General Counsel for several national distributors of aviation products and to represent a major air carrier at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport in regional litigation. Because of the wide range of interests represented, our aviation practice is multi-state, with Hull & Cook attorneys routinely practicing in federal and state courts in jurisdictions outside of Texas.
