Jeremy J. Cook

Jeremy J. Cook is a partner of Hull & Cook P.C.

Mr. Cook’s practice of over fifteen years focuses on aviation matters, the defense of product liability and general liability cases, including substantial fire losses, as well as insurance coverage matters. Jeremy’s significant trial experience includes cases involving product liability, premises liability, serious injury, wrongful death, and contractual and non-contractual indemnity issues.

At the University of Texas School of Law, he was named Recent Developments Articles Editor for the Texas Environmental Law Journal and was a member of the 2004 ATLA Mock Trial Team.

Jeremy served our country in the United States Coast Guard from 1996 to 2000, achieving the rank of 2nd Class Petty Officer as an Aviation Maintenance Technician. He served over three years working on the Coast Guard’s HU-25 Falcon fanjet aircraft, earning the aircrew title of Dropmaster for the Falcon.

Jeremy graduated from the University of Texas Law School in 2005 and he is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. He has practiced in various state jurisdictions throughout the United States as counsel pro hac vice.
