Dan Horn is a founding partner of Maloney, Bean, Horn & Hull P.C., which is now Hull & Cook, P.C. His legal practice includes products liability defense, insurance defense, and ERISA and Occupational/Accident policy defense. Dan’s practice has included trial and appellate work in state and federal courts in Texas and in multiple other states throughout the country. He has also supervised a number of significant legal issues decided by the Texas Supreme Court, the Texas appellate courts and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has acted as supervisory counsel for a number of Texas and international insurance clients and currently for a major electronics manufacturing company.

Dan graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law in 1985.

Dan is admitted to practice before all State and Federal courts in Texas.
